Hyundai 97259-2D000 Mode Switch Assembly

For 2006 and earlier models, remove the temperature control cable by unplugging it from the heater and removing the center instrument panel bezel. Remove the switch assembly and A/C switch. Installation is the reverse of removal. For 2007 and later models, the cable is disconnected from the battery, the center instrument trim panel bezel is removed, and the heater control screws are accessed. The temperature control assembly is then removed and reinstalled in reverse order. For 2011 and later models, the cable is disconnected from the battery, side trim panels are removed, and the radio and air conditioning controller panel is removed. For 2017 and later models, the center console side trim panels are also removed. The controller is then removed and reinstalled. The temperature control cable adjustment for 2006 and earlier models involves adjusting the temperature control lever and temperature-door-shaft arm.
