What Me Worry

I bought a used 2020 Hyundai from a dealer that only had a locksmith key and no fob. Asked the Auto Better Business Bureau to help me get the key and fob from the dealer. After 2 months they said they couldn't help because I bought the car from a HONDA dealer. So much for the offers of help from the BBB.

Easily found the exact part I needed; their site even showed a diagram to ensure I was selecting the correct part. Part was 100% OEM same as the part that was originally in the car (2019 Hyundai Sante Fe SEL Plus so this was important). Heater Fan Transistor

Received the part in about 5 days and the part solved the issue with the heater fan only blowing on high speed. Dealer said it would take about 10 days to get the transistor through them. My wife's car now functioning correctly, and she is happy again!

Had an issue with my passenger side window switch on the drive panel. This was an OE hyundai switch that solved the issue. Easy replacement if you want to save some money at home. Just need a flat head and phillips driver. Takes about 10min. There's a notch at the bottom of the door panel to start removal. Top quality and fast shipping. I'm very satisfied. Unsure about longevity only time will tell.

Due to my error, I was forced to cancel the order. The company never sent me a confirmation of the cancellation. I contacted them three times and they said it was sent via email three times. 2012 Azera Fender Liner

I have had many experiences where I ordered parts for my 2012 Azera only to find out later that the parts were NOT in stock, backordered, or no longer available. HyundaiPartsDeal did keep me informed of the ordering, availability, and expected delivery of the part ordered. I did appreciate the way that they handled my ordered. I have several other parts needed to complete some damage done to my car. So far, I have been lied to many times about the availability of the parts needed. So I don’t usually write reviews but I think I’d do this time so people get to know about this! I needed some parts for my Palisade and i came across this website. Initially, I didn’t know if I could trust them and I took the chance (best decision!) Even though they came back asking for more shipping cost (as FedEx had requested for more, I don’t think I can hold that against them as FedEx is a 3rd party), the parts came faster and were spot on! Mind blowing! I’ve shared the website with friends and I think this would be my go-to shop going forward! I ordered online and unknown to me, it was the wrong part for my VIN. I got an email telling me of the wrong part I had ordered, they recommended the appropriate part and I was given the chance to cancel the wrong order and order for the right part. Having the incredibly popular Genesis Coupe (sarcasm) makes it SUPER easy to find parts available locally. Most of the time I can't even find a single intake or exhaust manifold gasket, which I go through yearly since I have to take off my catless headers and toss on my OEM headers (for no particular reason.....). So I have to order my stuff online and hilariously enough I can't even order a lot of parts through auto zone or the other three big auto stores. Thats where my knight in shining armor HyundaiPartsDeal marches in and lifts my Genesis off the driveway and gently sets her down on jack stands...that I wish were taller tbh. Thus allowing me to finish whatever job I'm currently dreading.
