Hyundai 84610-F2AC0-TRY Console Assembly-Floor

1. Using a trim panel tool, release the two side trim panel mounting clips and remove the panels. 2. On manual transaxle models, use a screwdriver to disengage the shift boot clips and lift the boot up. 3. On automatic transaxle models, carefully pry the cover down at the base of the gear shift knob, remove the horseshoe-shaped clip, and slide the knob off of the shifter. 4. Remove the console upper covers' mounting screws, then use a trim tool to disengage the upper cover clips and lift up the cover. Disconnect any electrical connectors and remove the cover. 5. Using a trim tool, pry the parking brake cover out, then remove the mat at the base of the console storage box. 6. Remove the four mounting screws and lift the console base up and off. 7. Remove the side trim panel fasteners at the upper top corner, lower corner, and rear corner, then remove the panel(s). 8. Installation is the reverse of removal.
