Hyundai 28510-2G245 Exhaust Manifold Catalytic Assembly

Working from the center out, tighten the nuts/bolts to the specified torque.

Run the engine and check for exhaust leaks.

1. Raise the front of the vehicle and place it securely on jackstands. 2. Support the catalytic converter with a floor jack. 3. Remove the bolts from the flanges at each end of the catalytic converter. 4. Disconnect the flanges and remove any gaskets. 5. Lower the converter from the vehicle. (Note: The downstream catalytic converter is located between the flange at the rear end of the front exhaust pipe and the muffler, and may require welding for replacement).
