6. Remove the center narrow horizontal trim molding. This molding pries off, but there are also two screws at the glove box that secure it. 7. Remove the hazard warning light switch (see Section 9) and the passenger airbag indicator (which is removed the same way as the hazard warning light switch). 8. Pry the panels off from the bottom and disconnect the wiring harnesses. 9. Remove the mounting screws from the audio unit and pull it out, disconnecting the wiring as you do so (The audio unit in 2006 and later models is retained by these two screws. Support the audio unit as you disconnect the antenna cable and wiring harnesses from the rear).
