Hyundai 54801-1G000 Bar Assembly-Front Stabilizer

To complete the installation on 1995 through 2005 models, tighten the clamp bolts to the specified torque.

For 2006 and later models, the front wheels are removed and the stabilizer bar links are disconnected. The tie-rod ends are also disconnected from the steering knuckles, and power steering fluid is drained before disconnecting the power steering pressure line banjo bolt and the steering shaft from the steering gear pinion. Engine support and subframe removal are necessary, followed by the removal of the stabilizer bar bushing clamp bolts and the stabilizer bar assembly. After inspecting components, bushings are repositioned on the stabilizer bar, clamps and brackets are installed, and the stabilizer bar is reattached to the subframe, ensuring proper tightening.
