Loosen the rear wheel lug nuts, raise the rear of the vehicle, and support it securely on jackstands before removing the wheels. Next, take off the sway bar kit-to-link nuts; if only the sway bar kit is being removed, detach the nut that connects it to the link, and if the strut is being removed, take off the nut from the upper end of the link, then separate the links from the bar. Remove the bushing clamp bolts and nuts from the rear crossmember by detaching the bolts from each clamp to disconnect the rear sway bar bushing clamps, and then take out the sway bar kit. Inspect the clamp bushings and link balljoints, replacing any cracked or torn bushings and any loose link balljoints. For installation, reverse the removal process, ensuring all fasteners are tightened. Finally, install the wheel and lug nuts, lower the vehicle, and tighten the lug nuts.
