Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower resistor and check for continuity across the terminals. Also, check for continuity between the blower motor terminal and each of the other terminals. If any resistor is open, replace the blower resistor assembly.

Disconnect the blower motor's electrical connector, connect a test light between the terminals, turn the ignition on, and set the blower switch to High. If the test light illuminates, the power and ground circuits are fine. Proceed to check the blower motor itself. If the test light doesn't come on, consult wiring diagrams to identify power and ground terminals, then check the fuse, blower relay, and wiring.
