    1. Remove the driveaxle (see Chapter 8). 2. Remove the front brake caliper, the caliper mounting bracket, and the brake disc (see Chapter 9). 3. Remove the hub mounting bolts and separate the hub from the steering knuckle.

    1. Remove the drive axle/hub nut. 2. Remove the rear brake disc. 3. Remove the wheel speed sensor. 4. Working from the back side of the knuckle, remove the hub-to-knuckle bolts and separate the hub and bearing assembly from the knuckle. If the drive axle sticks in the hub, use a two-jaw puller to push it out. 5. If necessary for clearance, remove the parking brake shoes. Depending on your tool setup, it may be necessary to remove the drive axle for access to the bolts. 6. Clean the hub mating surface on the knuckle, then install the hub and bearing assembly to the knuckle. Install the bolts and tighten them to the torque. 7. The remainder of installation is the reverse of removal.
