On those models of cars built between 1986 and 1989, the PCV valve is located at the valve cover to which it is fastened by a screw on the right end attaching it to an opening in the air cleaner via a rubber hose. If you want to reach it, remove the PCV valve from the cover and detach this hose; after that reconnect back this pipe. Use your finger to block the orifice while your engine is running at its normal operating temperatures. Should there be no suction at the valve, confirm if both tube and access devices are unblocked then substitute any hoses which are blocked or rotten with new ones. After this step, you should stop your car engine then loosen up PVC's tubular fitting from inside. From threaded part blow out gas into the tubular fitting of PVC. When buying another PCV make sure it will fit on your particular vehicle and engine size as well as compare new products with old ones for their similarity.
