How to remove the distributor on Hyundai Excel?

To eliminate the distributor, you should first disconnect the battery cable at the negative terminal. After that, place the number one cylinder on top of its compression stroke at dead center. Remove coil lead from distributor cap and advance unit vacuum hose(s) in carbureted models.
